I can honestly say we have never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere we have stayed, and we travel a lot. The staff were so helpful and seemed genuinely interested in their guests. The dinner options were delicious and very plentiful! The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Great place, we're so happy we chose this venue!

I have stayed at The Mariner's on many occasions, particularly over the past few months. Safe to say that it is my first choice when looking to stay in Haverfordwest.
Comfortable, friends and a really nice breakfast and at a very, very reasonable price.

This is a very old building and the condition reflects this. But it is well maintained and I love that its a bit creaky and shows the history of this distinguished establishment. Staff were very professional and welcoming and the food yesterday evening was a relief after a long day that I didn't have to leave to find something elsewhere. Breakfast (Full Welsh - vegetarian) was massive and kept me going all day

The hotel was easy to find, and the service was really good went the extra mile. Location central to town centre walking distance to shop, but peaceful location. Really big room, could have done with a bigger bed. Overall a very great.

I'm probably biased but i have always loved this property.
Have stayed there a few times over the years (twice in the past 6 weeks)
Service is warm & friendly. Breakfast is lovely and i doubt you'll find any hotel room with such a generous bathroom in terms of size.
Dig friendly too!

Staff were brilliant, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and evening meals were really good, especially for my vegan partner. Bar area was a nice friendly space, room was a good size, bed a little bit hard for my taste and monsoon shower wasn’t to my taste either. Also, felt the room could have done with more than a light clean. Overall, because staff were so good, we would come here again, it was a great base to do the coastal walking, the castles and Iron Age burial mounds/chambers.

Great stay in this hotel, food and staff were excellent, shame the building is very tired which is apparent in the rooms, black mould on the windows and nets, just needs someone with deep pockets to revitalise it.

Full of character. A lovely building inside and out. Has been run by the same family for many, many years.
The staff are always, friendly & courteous.
