The SHOW was very impressive _ beautiful _ with standard investment. However, the organization needs to be reviewed: from the TICKET CLASS, there is no difference, whoever wants to sit wherever they want, no one checks and checks the ticket, luckily my family and I bought low-priced tickets, if we bought high-priced tickets and were treated the same, we would have been angry and gone home 😔_ and the COUNTRY MARKET area was really bad _ unprofessional _ noisy and chaotic 😔. If you can do the outside organization and seat arrangement for guests like the show in Hoi An, it is really great.

The first time I went to Hanoi, I found out that there was a show here. My whole family came back from abroad and were very excited to come early because we heard about the country market before watching the show. We were really shocked when the organization of the COUNTRY MARKET was really noisy, chaotic, and unsanitary (in Hoi An it was very standard). However, the show was really BEAUTIFUL, MAGNIFICENT, the actors performed very naturally. Thank you for giving us such an impressive show experience.

Staff chased customers from table to table, staff in the show area continuously used lasers to shine on customers, very offensive, dangerous to the eyes, affecting the emotions of other audience members watching the show.

The program consists of 2 parts: food and show. 1) Food: not talking about the quality of the food because everyone has different tastes. But the operation is quite cumbersome when converting to many types of coupons, each time you eat, you have to go to the counter to queue to buy things. In addition, the coupons are only valid for that night, if you buy more, you will throw away the coupon, the management board will pocket your money. In addition, the show prohibits drunkenness, but the food section sells alcohol before entering :) 2) Show: Administration: The show was quite crowded, there were children under 6 years old crying, adults talking loudly. But instead of reminding guests to keep order, the management board just held a laser to shine on the screen of any guests filming the program. The experience is like going to the market. Content: Before starting, the organizers said in advance that the cast was not professional, so in general the quality of the dance was not good, the dance was uneven, but there was a systematic investment in costumes. In general, it was like watching a provincial/municipal art program. For those who have watched Hoi An Memories like me, the level of sophistication and investment here is 1/3. The program has very basic errors such as: laser projection from the stage straight to the middle of the stage of the Golden and VIP seats. Those who have just had eye surgery or have weak eyes should consider before watching. Some parts flash continuously like vinahouse.

The show quality is good, the location is meaningful and sacred.

Due to Traveloka's fault for not booking tickets with Tinh Hoa Bac Bo, I did not get tickets for the show even though I arrived early, leading to having to contact Traveloka again to ask why I had not booked tickets with THBB. Traveloka's call center took a long time to respond because it kept saying it was busy. Finally, I was still supported to get tickets to the show but I was 5 minutes late, even though I arrived 30 minutes early. This was a terrible experience when booking tickets through Travaloka.

The show is relatively good in terms of image and sound. However, the organization has many problems. Time is wasted queuing (- Queuing to exchange electronic tickets for paper tickets. Queuing to buy coupons. After buying coupons, go to each stall to buy food. Queuing to wait to enter the gate. Each time queuing takes 20-30 minutes. Coupons cannot be returned after purchase.

Lovely staff and good support. The show is beautiful and well-funded, so you should sit in gold seats. Around the show area, there are also several places to visit, play and eat. Before the show, there are also comedy performances. Everything is very good and an experience to try However, because I'm an amateur actor, it didn't really make me get involved in the show. In terms of content and personal techniques, I think it can be improved and developed further, although currently it is very good.

it’s an interesting experience in Hanoi. If you stay around Old Quarter, the location a bit far (takes around 1 hour by car) but it’s worth. The performance was awesome, start from you enter the gate until the end of the performance will give you awe I highly recommend this show when you visiting hanoi, it’s far more interesting that water puppet show

It was heavy rain in Hà Nội and our driver could not reach the location, which is an hour away before the redeemed ticket time 19:30, so we missed the show.

The show itself is great, you should go see it. As for tickets, I really recommend booking directly with the organizers or buying them at the venue. I booked on traveloka on the evening of April 28 for the April 30 show. When I arrived, I found out that the organizers had all tickets priced the same regardless of class and had informed traveloka, but traveloka still gave me gold tickets at the old price. I claimed to the customer service, but the response was slow, perfunctory, and then silenced them for a week. Very disappointing Guys the show was great and worth seeing but dont book on Traveloka. It was more expensive and the service was awful. I booked two gold tickets on traveloka on 4/28 for 4/30 show. When i arrived at the ticket gate i found out that the tickets sold there were much cheaper and they sold all the tickets at the price of silver ticket. The show staff told me that they had already sent this price discount policy to Traveloka before. When i contacted Traveloka for explanation, the response was unexpectedly slow and up to now they haven't reached to me for a final explanation

The show is quite good and attractive, suitable if you go with family or adults. I arrived at 5pm, a bit early because the outside play area is not too large. The day I went to the show, I was 30 minutes late compared to usual due to a technical problem. The organizers announced that I would have to cancel the show if it couldn't be fixed in time. Luckily, the show continued as normal.

The program is good but the car transfer team is very bad. The car was picked up very early, 2 hours before the show started so customers had to go to the countryside market to eat. When returning, we were not picked up straight to the gathering place but took a VERY FAR detour

Flew from HCM to see the show but the storm was so heavy that the power went out but when they resolved it they said they would only support another day and not refund. Do I have to buy another 4 million mb ticket to see the show and then return? The ticket price is expensive, the show doesn't feel worth it.
