quite okay. only treatment and voucher exchange cannot be done on the same day. And there are quite a lot of rules such as not being allowed to take medicine on the day of Treatment. for treatment is not done by a doctor. written on the voucher 12+2 times Treatment. but it turns out if you want 14 times Treatment the voucher exchange must be done on Wednesday ahaha

You need to contact the counter first to make appointment and consult first. The consultation and treatment process cannot be done in the same day and this voucher only valid to musee TP eventho we paid for unlimited service and musee have many branches in jakarta and surabaya. Maybe they need to update tnc in Traveloka. Other than that the service is good.
