Alhamdulillah, from my personal experience during the pandemic, which required a PCR or antigen test as a condition for traveling by air, this time at Siloam Bali I experienced inhumane service because the process from redeeming vouchers to the implementation of sampling took hours with uncomfortable conditions. In the middle of the hot sun, you have to stand for a long time in the open without a seat, it really makes you tired to come back. Sorry, hospitals like Siloam are not professional in serving their customers who are left standing in line for a long time in the hot sun without any mercy. Regards
