The kids are happy playing here, the staff is very helpful.. The companions also don't have to worry about getting hungry, there's a mini cafe 😁

even though it says 2 companions. but when we get there. there must be 2 children. so that there is a companion partner. it's useless to buy tickets for 2 companions. 👎

staff not friendly. very different from the staff at MBG. because I bought a ticket at Traveloka on the spot. the service is not good. always offer member tickets 😑 for a better level place.

It was frustrating to redeem the voucher. I had bought one for a friend, sent it to her, and she arrived at the place an hour before I did. Unfortunately, the staff would not allow her to enter without looking at my traveloka account (app). I don't have the app on my phone, so when I arrived an hour later, needed to put my account in her phone. It would have been nice if they could have just scanned the QR code from the documents that traveloka sent. (Our names/IDs matched the documents)

fun, the voucher redeem process is fast, the place itself is fun. maybe in the future the staff will be more assertive about the rules for all visitors.

the place is really clean because it's still just open but hopefully the cleanliness is maintained and the staff named k'tiara is very helpful and accompanies my child to play. thanks k'tiara n playnlearn
