Very comfortable It doesn't take long to get from Tokyo to Osaka. But advise to reserve your seat

The process of exchanging train tickets is not complicated. If getting a promotion period will save a lot, recommend it.

Remember to change your card at the airport. I did not look carefully, so I thought I could go to the JR counter to change, so I had to go back to the airport.

Buy a train ticket from Tokyo to Kyoto. Stating that they want to use it on January 1. When exchanging at the airport counter, it can't be exchanged. The staff there said that it is a blackout period. Please contact the agent to get a stress from the first day of arrival. Traveloka is responsible for changing to travel by plane and is responsible for the nearest airport. Only 5 of us have to pay the extra traveling fee from the airport to Kyoto station itself. Wasting more money and also wasting time traveling for another half day, wasting time, and tired at the staff to coordinate throughout

Everything (actually) is very easy, the process is added because there is a discount program at that time. Due to lack of reading the terms and conditions, we finally forgot to exchange the vouchers purchased at the arrival airport - so we had to go back to the airport to exchange vouchers, fortunately we could exchange them at Haneda, so we didn't have to go far to Narita.

Seruu, naik shinkansen... Kereta tercepat, bs dicapai hanya 2 jam dari tokyo ke osaka, kereen deh, tapi kalau beli di traveloka harus dari indonesia karena penukaran hanya di bandara narita atau haneda

Nozomi train is extremely fast! we enjoyed the train despite of the expensive fare. Its cleanliness is undeniable

This was fairly easy to use. Please make sure to book on the day that you will exchange the booking code with the first ticket. I exchanged my booking code on the day i arrived at Haneda airport, so i made sure my chosen date was on the day i arrived. The first ticket you receive will need to be exchanged with the actual ticket at Tokyo station, which is fairly easy to find (you can just ask the information desk and they will provide a map of where to go). Ask for back seats if you have luggages

Pada saat sampai di Narita segera tukarkan ‘Exchange Order’ di counter Easy Go, kemudian ke lantai bawah (sales office shinkansen) untuk ditukarkan dengan real ticket sekalian pilih jam & nomor bangku, pilih dengan no. D atau E untuk view gunung fuji. Tips: kalau anda mau berangkat dengan shinkansen jam 9 pagi, dikarenakan full anda terpaksa dapat ticket yang jam 11. Solusinya: datang aja lebih awal di Stasiun Tokyo sebelum jam 8, kemudian segera antri di non reserved seat untuk kereta yg jam 9

Sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan sekali karena ini merupakan pengalaman pertama kami berdua menggunakan kereta shinkansen, selain itu kami mendapatkan kereta nozomi dan reserved seat.

It is easy to find the train. We can also ask the people at the information office if we do not know where to go. The train was very fast, which can sort cut the time. I like it.

First thing to do is to collect your shinkansen ticket at the counter in airport, then reserve the seat at tokyo station. Everything went smoothly, except it was a bit hard to find the platform for the shinkansen, so prepare yourself to come perhaps 2 hours before your departing time if you have reserve your seat.

Saya salah redeem harusnya di jtr haneda tp saya langsung ke midori no madoguchi ginza sehingga petugasnya ga nyambung. Akhirnya setelah koordinasi sama traveloka saya balik lagi ke haneda buat tukar di jtr lt 2
