Worst reception and management service, Not welcome

Great stay

Breakfast very small and chaotic. Shared tables not what you expect for 5 star hotel. Long queues for toaster, have to find waitress to order eggs. Food trays left outside many rooms for hours on end. Shame as the hotel itself has a luxury feel, would only stay again if had breakfast in room but would probably go elsewhere

Convenient location in a high quality area of London

Sheer luxury. Gorgeous room, well sound proofed and quiet at night. Polite, helpful staff. Great location just off Berkeley Square.

I have been staying at the May Fair for over 20 years and this was unfortunately the worst stay I have ever had.

Common areas are nice but the room was very average - akin to a premier inn or Travelodge.

Great hotel, has nice bars and it is close to the main attractions

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room service was great and the lounge has a great vibe.

Perfect stay

stay away! The pictures on the site doesn't look like the actual pictures. Rooms are in the basement. Stay away!!!

Stayed here as a 40th birthday occasion for the wife. Fantastic hotel, excellent food and staff that couldn't do enough. Will be staying again next time we are in London.

I was really disappointed, I've stayed at The Mayfair previously and was looking forward to my returning. The room was tired, the towels were not the plush towels I remembered and the service was not the same.
