We had a king size bedroom and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The AC made a loud thunderous noise and rattled when it came on and went off. It woke us up out of our sleep several times.

Horrible noise level after 11 p.m. some shady activities. Restaurant is beyond Horrible service and food -1 Was nice leaving tip after Horrible service, i specifically asked if gratuities were included saud no. Yes they are! Then again , waitress had almost NO ENGLISH

It was a great service from the airport shuttle pick up to room checkin, and on the phone reps helped me check-in/ register for membership online. Professional, Friendly & Personable

Front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond with our 1am check-in and various accommodations for us. We really appreciated the personal touches and we were made to feel very special during the entire time we were there! Loved the fresh modern decor and the vibe of the communal spaces

The property is so convenient to the airport and the first stay in November was great. This trip was unlike the first, I came into a room 502 which wasn’t cleaned nor the channels on the tv was wrong , their was hair on the mattress and ants in the bathroom. I checked in around 730 pm cause I had a 4 o’clock flight from New Haven so I missed a day, the next day went to the front desk to address the situation and the gentleman looked like the main manager said it would be taken care of right away nope waited about an hr n housekeeping never came but the gentleman that came up to fix the TV was perfect. He couldn’t fix the TV but he said he would be able to get me a voucher for the dining room which was cool. He should get a lot of credit for doing that they finally came in to clean the sheets . So I was charged a full day on the 16th for a few hours cause I didn’t wanna sleep in that room being like that. I would definitely come back for sure but there’s a few things I still don’t understand with the complementary area you’re charged you’re not charged confusing

Very nice hotel near the airport. We had a short stay after a late flight. Nice fitness center and pool. I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the airport.

We had to reschedule our flight due to a storm back home. Not knowing the area, we picked a Marriott. Transportation to hotel and back was with a friendly staff and new, clean shuttle. Hotel was great with an onsite restaurant/bar with plenty of other amenities. Wonderful, unexpected stay.
