I was very happy list the service in the hotel

All employees went above and beyond to take care of any needs of all customers. It was great to see customer service as it should be.

The staff are amazing and welcome you as soon as you walk in. I have already booked more trips :)

We have stayed here 4 other times when we loved it, but this time the heat kept breaking down, we were freezing and the breakfast that we usually loved was cold and not very good, although they have a nice whirlpool and sauna, it is out in the freezing cold...enclose that room!

Overall its a good nice hotel. Breakfast is nice and hot Starbucks coffee. Only down fall is housekeeper room was in front of our room and the ladies were talking loud in front of our room early in the morning, no consideration there were guess there still sleeping.

I loved that there was a hot breakfast every morning. The decor is pretty cool! The staff was nice. The room was nice and clean. Everyone complaining about the cold water. Not true. You just have to let it run for a few minutes to warm up.

Hotel was nice for price. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was adequate but the weekend staff did not keep it stocked. There was no food both days. Monday staff did much better.

This property was average, had a smart TV (excellent), but smelled like the Ritz Carlton which was great. So 10/10 on smell and tv, but the room still had hair in the bathroom when we got there from the last occupants and the breakfast was pretty average for a standard continental.

If they put you in a room facing I-70- forget about getting a good night sleep. Tried to make "white noise" but the heater was so weak, hardly made any noise. Its an odd place...check in is inside a separate building? Lastly, I was exhausted and only food I could find was a microwave burrito. Went to use the microwave at the hotel check in and could not believe how disgusting the it was....I am thinking it hasn't been cleaned in months:( Price was cheap so probs should not have been surprised but as usual...you get what you pay for in these types of places.
