Refrain from sending wool/cashmere clothes for dry clean there. My brand new sweater shrunk after they dry cleaned it.

This hotel is 10/10. Everything is excellent. It is underrated - this hotel should have been classified as 5-Star Plus. The service is excellent. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. The location is just behind The magnificent ‘Il Duomo’. Closed to the train and metro stations, shops, luxury haute-couture boutiques, and eating outlets. I definitely stay at this hotel again anytime I visit Milan.

The location, food and staff all is awesome

Breakfast menu is boring, 2 days plus 3 day stay, breakfat menu remains the same and not much choice. Room Attendant when tidying up the room is also not standard, in the first 2 days, no slippers, hand soap and compliment drink water, and cotton bud. On day 3 till 5 all is available except compliment drinking water which is only in love one small bottle as well as every day, although it can directly drink from water tab. The location is very strategic, near the cathedral and shopping area.

Clean, cozy, nice location. Highly recommended
