The room was very small. Shower poorly designed. No refreshments in room.

Close to Paderborn centre and convenient for what I needed

Very hot with no climatisation but when window opens very noise from the street. No hand towel and pillow for the child ready on the room. Extra bed in the room but you need to pay for it which is not clear on the website. Not enough towels in the bathroom which needs renovating anyway. Could it closed the doors properly from the shower when in it. Expensive car park to for a hotel car parks.

As with all Ibis hotels, this was very basic. Very few facilities in the room. No facilities for making hot drinks and no fridge. Otherwise ok.

With the road works and poor signage finding the entrance to the car park was challenging

Nettes Hotel, nahe zur Innenstadt. Der Getränkegutschein am Abend hat mir besonders gut gefallen!

I was in a rush I was a bit disappointed however was good to be free back in Germany after so long !

Nice hotel a few minutes walk from Paderborn centre. Lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend.

Customer service agent at the front desk was an absolute credit to the hotel. Professional, friendly and very helpful. Excellent member of staff!

Good location for shopping and train station

Room located right on the main road, could not sleep as too much noise of vehicles and ambulances passing by. At check out I was told I need to pay for parking for the days of my stay which the website stated free parking

Good situation for exploring Paderborn city on foot. Dislike: Bus terminus too far away.

Not advised of roadworks outside Started before 7 am.

The hotel should renovate and it uses central air condition, non-adjustable, quite hot when in hot weather. Properties are clean but old.

With same price i could get better hotel in München. It was Ok for short trip, but if have more budget please seek another hotel. No amenities, the room was so small and dark. Looks so old.
