My credit card was charged for 11.059,08 bath without confirmation. Until I complained this evening (one day before I check out). The manager said, the staff at the receptionist (when I checked in on 4 July) thought I haven't paid for my stay. For your information, I already put 4000 bath as deposit when I checked in and the check in staff confirmed that the hotel was already paid by Agent. As a 5 star hotel, they should be active to give an excellent service to their guests. If there was a mistake at the room payment, they should notice earlier and settle it as soon as possible. Don't wait until your guest comes to the receptionist and talk with your manager. At least, the manager admitted the mistake and my money will be refunded.
