A very slow check in, waited in queue for 15. minutes

When checking in, the staff were fielding calls from the phone and not helping guests standing in front of them. A large line of people formed as I waited to check in and it probably took 20 minutes to get checked in. The staff were lovely when I did check in, but it seemed outrageous to deal with people on the phone instead of those standing there. Another patron commented on it. When we finally got checked in, there was a large blood spot on the wall in our room, as well as some other blood spots. It felt very unclean and, to be frank, pretty creepy. When I went back downstairs to complain, they gave us a new suite right away. That room was much cleaner; however there was still a stick on finger nail belonging to someone else on top of one of the beds. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not stay there again.

Clean and convenient hotel near highway 20

Checked into our room, got settled. About 30 minutes later someone else (another couple ) came into our room The desk gave them the same key. When I approached the desk, he says it was a system error. We switched rooms as we had a small dog.

Good condition. Had an issue with the jacuzzi tub and maintenance came up and took care of it a few minutes

Le restaurant Pacini affilié à l'hôtel n'a pas un bon service. J'y ai soupé et déjeuner et le service. On ne nous donne jamais d'eau. La serveuse ne vient pas voir si tout est correcte. (le service du matin était mieux mais encore là pas d'eau).

Middle of the road for the price

I have stayed with you about 8 times this year. The front desk staff are fabulous, I do not speak French and the staff are very kind. Your pet friendly policy and the direct access to the parking lot is very convenient. I am sure I will be back again. Your staff is your greatest asset, please treat them well.

The security deposit is almost as much as the room rate. A local competitor doesn’t collect that much for a room with a single person rental.

We have stayed here several times, and always been happy. This time they gave us a room overlooking the pool. When we first walked in, I thought that's odd the room smells like cleaning chemicals, we thought it would dissipate. It was actually such a strong smell of chlorine from the pool area that we both had trouble sleeping, and had bad headaches from it.
