Great place to stay at

We booked two rooms thru different sites but they were able to give us two rooms together (linked). We booked a king suite upgraded with jacuzzi and a queen double bed room. The kids had so much just running between the rooms and bathing in the jacuzzi. All they wanna do is go back to the hotel 😅 also my 6 yr old woke up and first thing he said was I’m so excited about breakfast.

I believe our experience at this hotel was good. The cleanliness was appropriate, as evident in the washroom. The room, in general, was fine—no odors, no spots, comfortable beds, and sufficient TV programming. I must highlight the excellent service of the reception manager. When we ran out of orange juice, he provided an immediate solution. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great Communication and Very Friendly and Helpful

This front desk receptionist who checked me in was very friendly, provided all info such as breakfast time, wifi password, location of room. Unfortunately, her body odour was very strong. I would highly recommend someone welcoming you to the hotel smell great or no smell but body odour was of putting. When I opened up exterior door 3 to access the hallway to my room, there was over 50 cigarette butts on floor I had to step over. The room itself was dirty, multiple stains on couch in king suite, marks all over wall, wallpaper peeling. Couch sofa super uncomfortable but I guess that is to be expected. This hotel is NOT worth the price I paid of $175. Will not be returning, ever.

Crack heads going in and out of their unit keeping me awake all night.

The entarence area to the hotel is very restricted and confusing to get to.
