Very clean,comfortable room. Nice place to stay and close to shopping.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible (very low snd weak) and barely any hot water. I had to let the water run for over 20 minutes just to get a lukewarm water. Room 313

Check in was quick and facility is clean. I would expect to pay extra for pets but no where on the website does it state the amount or size restriction. And why are all the linens white! I travel with blankets, pet towels snd crates but still I pay more for my room when it is very likely left cleaner than any other room in the hotel. Your staff do not abide by the policy I was asked to sign that require a housekeeping check before departure so why is this part of your documentation?

Even tough there was a power outage, our stay was fun and comfortable.

Love this place every time i come for work. Quuet, great pool, workout and sauna facilities. Full breakfast...cant ask for more.

Power failure left the hotel dark on arrival. Staff offered check in but all access by flashlight and rooms would be dark. All understandable but for an operation of this scale I was surprised there was no backup power.

The hotel and staff were great. The only drawback was that our room faced hwy 1 and was noisy after 5am. The breakfast was good lots of variety. I would stay again but ask for the opposite side of the hotel.
