Very clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

The hotel is great for stay couple nights, the only y miss is the bar, I used to travel few times to this hotel and have couple drinks . It is always is good stay.

Not as described. Attached bar / restaurant was closed. Parking lot not plowed from a snow the previous day. Sidewalks not cleared either. Had to walk through 10 inches of snow to get to our room. Heat not on in room, it was 22 degrees outside so took a long time to warm it up. Continental breakfast didnt have many choices. Coffee was good though.

I am not a fan of hotels with exterior doors but this place was great. Staff was exceptional. Would recommend!

The hotel was clean but walls are thin and we could hear guests in the rooms beside ours

Knowing there are new owners I’m optimistic that there will be improvements and repairs. Doors need weather seals bad because of leakage. And bathroom fixtures leak. Looking forward to improvement. Will stay again

I didnt like that the restaurant and bar wasn't open

Unfortunately the hotel is under new management as a result restaurant and bar were closed. The bar and restaurant I was looking forward too. Front desk lady was very informative and directed us to places to dine and drink.

Location was good, disappointed bar and restaurant was still not open

room was clean and priced at a reasonable rate. Hotel has changed management and there are some staffing issues and the wonderful bar has been closed. There are many positives about this facility and I hope that present ownership can return some of the prior luster. Visit the area on a regular basis and will give it another opportunity.

When we got to the room and checked the bathroom, it didn't have a shower curtain. We reported it very quickly and they told us they would come when they could. They never came. Then I called around 4:00 in the morning to see if they could bring the curtain before we showered, but nothing happened. The air conditioning didn't work very well either. I was a little disappointed since it's a clean and comfortable hotel near the university.

You can hear people through the rooms very clearly. Bar and restaurant are closed.

Staff needs to be sure everything is cleaned. The room was cleaned however I found a towel and pillow cover that were definitely not. That cannot happen.

This place is a hidden gem, a must-stay when visiting town. Quiet, clean and friendly. The price cannot be beat.

Recently renovated property that delivers great value. The staff at both ends if the stay was efficient and friendly. The property is professionally landscaped and immaculately maintained, and my room was clean. I'll definitely be back.

Staircase to 300 level apartments was not in good shape.

Will definitely be back! For my business purposes, I rely heavily on the wi-fi connection. Amazing speed! Probably the best signal I've had anywhere!! Room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was great. I didn't catch her name, but the girl at the desk recommended a great place to get food that evening. I tried to find a negative, but really couldn't find one.
