Property was extremely dirty and smelled weird.

The heater was a little bit confusing.

Security lock was broken but they said they would have security fix. Front desk very kind and responsive. Carpets dirty with odor. Generous breakfast. Steps icy and parking lot not well plowed. Price was deciding factor and I like the staff. No cleaning during stay which is typical/post C norm

One of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed. The room smelled like rotten cabbage, stains and splatter marks on the walls. I thought for sure we would have bed bugs after staying. Even the shower was dirty, I actually felt dirtier after taking a shower if that's even possible. The nightly cost is outrageous for such a gross hotel. Basically if you stayed in a place like this in say California it would be an hourly hotel. SO GROSS

Nice and comfortable

This is great motel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is treacherous in winter conditions.

I loved the staff they were very sweet and helpful. It was wasy to book and close to the airport. The only problem i had was the cleanliness of the place. It was not very clean. There was either dog or humen poop on the stairs. We had to reclean the hot tub. Witch was nasty by the way. We pulled out the filter and there was so much hair inside of it, i thought maybe someone got their hair stuck in the jets. Other then that it was great.

The room was not cleaned properly, was trash, food and stains

Annoying how the doors at the end don't open during winter, especially with the lack of parking. Then there is the noise, but you get that everywhere here, since alaskans are rude, loud, and inconsiderate people.

We waited 20 minutes in the lobby before being checked. We were just about to leave when the only person working arrived because she was also the shuttle driver.

The staff is helpful and friendly.

Comfortable bed. Quiet location.

The facility does not answer their phones, even Expedia customer service cannot reach them to find out why they refused to let me check in. The hotel was pre paid by my employer.

The hotel is older, but it has been remodeled.

Really liked how close to the airport the hotel is. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Mua was awesome! Definitely recommend this place.

said i could check in at 18 online and when i called days before, but when i came in i was told i had to be 21, and didn’t get a discount.
