My first room was very small. The second room when I paid more was very nice.

What a beautiful hotel. It had the best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. There were selections for everything and the food was excellent. The hotel is just outside of the city center, but only a short walk to get to the action. There's a really nice park only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, nicely decorated - not huge but sufficient. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Bit of a distance to main city attractions but very close to public transport and easy to get everywhere. Very simple to get to the Airport - bus stop right outside the hotel!

Elite Palace Hotel and Spa stay was a great experience. It was very comfortable, and we slept well after a long flight. The front desk agents were pleasant and very helpful in every way. The area is convenience distance for shopping! The breakfast served was amazingly deliceous and wonderful choices!! Thank you very much

Convenient to Stockholm metro. Large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. My only complaint is that the shower had no doors and was in the middle of the bathroom. We grew accustomed to it, but you had to make sure you were not going to slip if you stepped on a wet part of the floor.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, and their breakfast buffet was top-notch! I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel in a heartbeat.

The booking was for a spa hotel and amazingly they wanted £70 a day per adult for a swim!

The reception and bar look fantastic... But the room was extremely poor. The wardrobe didn't close and was warped, the shower was over the bath and the bath creaked when you stood in it. Basic tables and the TV wouldn't turn on, so we asked reception and they said someone would come... No one came the first day so asked reception the second day and someone did come and get it working... Reception staff were friendly and helpful though and one let me use a travel plug for my stay. location was great and a pleasant walk (20 mins)

LIKES: Breakfast buffet was ample and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a separate sleeping area for kids - having the extra space was nice. It was just a short five minute walk to Metro station - conveniently located. Lots of amenities in the area. Service for storing bags after check out was great. Stowed luggage felt safe and secure. MINOR DISLIKES: We were offered an upgrade to a larger room, although we were told in advance it was windowless. We were hesitant, but thought we would try it out. Turns out I REALLY don't like hotel rooms without windows. I would not opt for this again. The room was oddly laid out, with the TV on a shelf in the middle of the room. It was awkward and felt very temporary. Also, one other dislike is that the posting at time of booking indicated pool and gym. While technically this is factual, as the hotel does indeed have a pool and gym, it is part of the wellness spa and access is not included in the room rate. It was quite expensive to access. For two of us to access was not far off the cost of staying in the hotel for a night.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location.

The rooms are stations, clean and super modern and comfortable. Staff was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.

The property was clean and fairly modern, and the room was nice a spacious. The breakfast which was included was very nice with a wide variety of options - a huge plus.
