Hot tub sauna didnt work, no hot water in our shower just barely warm, tv was old barely worked but had a smart tv remote for show. Wont go into the smaller details but will never stay here again or recommend to anyone

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s very minimal accommodation but it works for us because we are usually out and really only use the suite in the evenings. Very clean with helpful and friendly staff. We can never figure out the television/cable situation which isn’t a big deal. The breakfast situation should be improved … very small selection to choose from.

There was a swim lesson taking place while using the gym facilities. There was a ton of water on the floor and zero air circulation when using the gym equipment. The parents need a separate place to get their kids ready and sit, besides the gym area for hotel guests. Never seen this at any hotel before! Also thank you for not increasing your prices due to the Taylor Swift concert. Glad we paid very reasonable prices for our stay.

Easy access

The location is fine. There is shopping, restaurants etc a short 5 minute drive away. If you're doing a group booking for a team/sport I would recommend choosing somewhere else. The workers were constantly nagging at the kids to be quiet etc no matter what time it was. They charge an insane amount for a social room. The breakfast is find (bagels, bread, pancakes, cereals, yogurt, juices coffee, egg, sausage etc)... The rooms are okay.. bathrooms are extremely small and the beds are hard. But, the cleanliness was good.

Comfy bed,.nice kitchen and friendly staff. Room is over priced though.

There is not much to pick from in South Surrey. Very small property, older' needs renovation. The beds were so uncomfortable. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
