Staff was very friendly and helpful

We really enjoyed the pool inside and the water was very nice. The hot breakfast was varied and the person in charge was always there to help in case something was missing. The workers were all very friendly.

Heater in room did not work was set to 65 and could not change it.left the facility two days early due to staff telling us we had to exit our room for them to inspect it was mandatory and would not refund the money for the extra two days overall terrible experience will not return

Check in was alright though room not available on time. When checking in found out about SURPRISE services fee by hotel and NOT identified by Hotels.Com on their website for the hotel. This should not happen…EVER! Had to pay additional $10.32 services fee. This should have been included in the cost of the hotel from the get go. Will be contacting Hotels.Com for reimbursement for fee. When leaving in morning on MLK day. Lots of folks for breakfast and not enough food. Wait time was going to be nearly 30 minutes. Lots of large families 5+. It would benefit the hotel to know who was going to be coming to breakfast the next morning including number and time to be better prepared. This was a significant disappointment that we had to go to breakfast elsewhere. Room was nice and checking folks nice however I cannot recommend this hotel for future visit.

This hotel was very clean and helpful! A few inconveniences like very low water pressure for a few hours and if you want to enjoy their free breakfast, go early don’t go in the last hour because they take their time restocking the good stuff like egg and sausage!

Nice stay, but no table, no drawers for clothes, I suppose to get a view to the mountain but I didn't instead they put me by the laundry room, I believe because I did my reset with Expedia instead of the hotel.

The gym floor was coming up in a few places and the parking lot had huge cracks in the ground that are difficult to avoid. Other than that the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent

Jacuzzi was not working to enjoy during beautiful snow storm.

My family and I were very comfortable, as was the service, they are very friendly and everything is very clean.

It’s was good but I don’t like it waiting a lots time at front. Asked for milk didn’t provided to us.overall was awesome.

Didn't know what to expect after a so so experience in Roswell We really liked this hotel and the breakfast was great biscuits with sausage gravy and eggs with peppers and onions and bacon and juice and make your own pancakes maker Clean rooms and clean towels Staff really nice

Very high quality, clean, and convenient hotel, impressive commodities for their size

It was good overall however to get our breakfast we have to wait almost 45 minutes for just eggs and bacon. It was a busy season but still it took just too long. The pool was just way too crowded for its size

I booked through Hotels. Com and Hotels. Com gave me a price and when arrive there at Elevate hotel they increased the price because the taxes weren't included but I showed the price from the app with the total price including taxes, and they told me thet when Use third party they not includ taxes and the still charged me more.
