Old and very Simple for an ultra expensive price

Personnel très accueillant, mais chambre pas très propre, mauvaises odeurs. Cependant localisation parfaite pour le zénith.

Room was extremely small but clean

Very basic room with caravan alike bathroom. Wasn't exciting to have a shower in there.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very clean, melody at the reception was super nice and very helpful all the time Rooms super clean and breakfast was good Highly recommend

Très beau séjour. Nous avons pris le tram pour nous déplacer ce qui est bcp plus facile et moins onéreux. Nous avons visiter les choses principales et nous avons été enchantés..les habitants sont très accueillants ils nous renseignent très gentiment

Séjour agréable,personnel accueillant. Déjeuner très bon. La petite attention de la dame de ménage m’a fait plaisir( linge plié,lit refait et une serviette supplémentaire mise sans aucune demande).

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre mal nettoyée, sans papier toilette ni serviette dans la douche, le sol sale, peut être par manque de personnel pour les fetes de Noël ? L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal, près de la station de tram deservant le centre ville et Khel directement, super!

Salle de bain pas très propre avec des cheveux dans la douche petite chambre pour 3 lit confortables.

J'ai l'impression d'avoir été volé... 230 euros pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel !!!! (tarifs exorbitants liés au marché de Noël de Strasbourg). Chambres mal isolées (on entend l'extérieur). Petit déjeuner ultra minimal et très vite vide (plus de croissants le deuxième jour). Etroit, très étroit... nickel pour les distanciations sociales liées au COVID... Bref... une horreur... A fuir !

Hôtel très correct pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Bien situé, qqs endroits intéressants pour manger autour, tram pas loin. Personnel gentil. Ménage pas fait pendant le séjour, mais justement j'apprécie pour des raisons écologiques (on peut échanger les serviettes quotidiennement).

There is nothing "Premiere Class" about this most basic hotel - smaller rooms than an IBIS economy (snd we thought they were small!) We are a Csnadian family of 3 (parents aged 50 and our 18 year old son) . It met our need to sleep one night (if you can sleep through the highway noise) We skipped the shower because it felt like a small trailer bathroom but we werr desperate for a place when our road trip did not go as planned, and we were able to book this that afternoon for the least cost we coukd fond last minute The staff and orher french people we met there were very nice and friendly (it seems to be mostly construction workers from out of town lodging there )

First room given had not been made since last people left! Second room some joker had turned the radiator to full so was too hot to enter. Last room perfect. Receptionist got angry when I refused the second room. She told me to take the room and leave the door open until it cooled down. But I didn’t have time to do that.

Good arrival reception, Room a little like a pod, Hot, cramped pillows inadequate. I suppose for price paid"you get what you pay for".
