We stayed Hilton Vilamoura a year ago for new year holiday and had amazing time. Still dreaming of coming back. I hope the hotel will stay the same after the refurbishment. Just perfect as it is. Room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had the half board so had dinner at restaurant Cilantro most nights. Food, wine were way beyond our expectation, they were so delicious, and the most wonderful staffs working there made us feel special and comfortable every night. The new year celebration was fabulous too. My children still talk about them ‘our Hilton friends in Portugal’. Their hospitality is the top class. We absolutely loved this hotel.

Excellent hotel, even accounting for some of the parts that need a refurb (which I'm aware is happening over this winter). The spa was definitely the highlight. From check in to checkout all the staff were fantastic. Even the cleaning staff went above what we expected. Food at breakfast all excellent, with a lot of choice (particular thanks to the chef at the egg station that did my omelletes). Used the shuttle bus to the Marina one day that was also really good and meant we could have a drink and leave the car at the hotel. Car parking also great. Overall a fabulous stay and we think we'll be back.

Solid 4 star property. Very attentive staff at desk, restaurant and bars. Rooms were very clean but a bit dated. Showers are the absolute worst. Not sure how rooms are not flooded daily as water gushes out over the glass. Service in restaurants and bars was very good. We were there golfing and it served us well.

I was very surprised and unhappy I must say. First of all,thank you for the upgrade. The room was very pleasant. Other than that I was not happy. During check in I was told i have an access to the Spa and wellness center and also to the indoor pool. I was very surprised when I came to the spa and was told that I have to pay 25 € in order to use the spa. I was not informed at all that the access is only for gold and diamond members. It is not written at all,anywhere. Not on the voucher,and not on the site. So,yes, I wasn't happy at all. The reception was also not forthcoming in regarding the issue. Your staff needs to be more educated in what a guest can and cannot do and what is included in the price,aswell as acknowledging its own mistakes. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant and the food,and the rubi bar. Workers there are perfect and very friendly. Other that that,i would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

We stayed at the apartments… excellent facilities… and free access to the spa. Beds comfortable, shower good. A few things need attention - the sofa needed a clean, the spa bubbles in the main pool don’t work. But all in all I’d recommend it.
