Nice apartment style room with kitchenette and laundry. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Access to the fitness centre around the corner with sauna,spas,gym,pools - nice place if you have time. 15min walk to central Auckland. Not much around the hotel itself other than a cafe and convenience store

We loved staying at the Quest. Clean, comfortable, perfect location - close to ASB Classic Tennis venue and restaurants.

It is perfect for going to the tennis.

Staff were excellent. A bit noisy at night.

Great rooms, made for long term stay. Area well located next to large park. Area a little slow on weekends as many cafes close on weeekend.

Great property for our stay to go to Spark Arena - easy distance to walk. Staff are great and helpful and very welcoming. Easy car parking as it is attached. Ear plugs provided in case traffic noise an issue but didnt bother us. Great to have a hotel that still provides "normal" milk (ie not powdered) with ample selection of tea, coffee, sugar, hit chocolate and even a biscuit. Overall a great place to stay.

always a pleasure to stay at this hotel so close to Auckland University Carlaw our son , we have our own space to relax in yet we are only 3min walk to his front door , it has been our port of call over the last few visits

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, during those days our room wasn’t vacuumed and we only had a small pocket tissue - there were no tissue box in the room. The toilet door made loud sounds when opening and closing. Shower water was rather warm not hot and very weak.

Convenient if you are going to spark arena just a walk 10 min max walk Place was great and clean the only issue I had was that the tap on the shower was nearly falling off and we booked parking but she did not tell us what level just in quest parking so had to call from the car park after looking for 15 mins in the end a person got back to us and the directions was easy - be good for reception to tell people when they check in that the parking for quest is on the 1 st level in the cage on the right hand side as you go in - simple and will stop people driving around - otherwise great stay easy to get to and from
