Really excellent hotel with friendly staff and great food. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a very wide variety of choice and was delicious. There was an issue at checkout with payment but I think this was due to the brand change over.

Poor quality smoking room

This wasn't my first time in that hotel in Riyadh. I had to book this hotel, even though it was over my budget, due to its location near my business meetings. Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. Therefore, it was noisy the whole time, and I was very concerned about the water waste. Otherwise, everything is great!

Everything was fine except the room size is tight

The room was OK but I particularly asked for a room with a view, but was given a second floor room facing parking lot. The lobby looks very sparky and one would have a feeling of a hotel in Russia in the 90’s. The restaurant is really off grade from the look, the menu and food….

I have found Crowne Plaza to be consistently nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Now I find myself travelling at very short notice quite often, I know that the overnight part of my trips will not disappoint .... prompting me to not 'experiment' with other possible hotels. Also, I particularly like the breakfast. And knowing I may not get time to eat again during the day am starting the day eating like a king from a very large, fresh and delicious buffet. Crowne Plaza has become my hotel of choice for business trips - I hope to find their location wherever I may travel.

Excellent stay as usual at this hotel I am using for a very long time. Very nice staff. always there to your needs.

During my 4 nights stay, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property is clean, and safety compliance considering the temperature check on the entrance and the hygiene of the room it self the only concern I had is that the breakfast was not included in the price noting that it is not cheap

I faced payment issue between Hotels and the facility which made me stuck there for couple of hours prior checking out .. I had to make an international call to Hotels for almost 25 minutes ( cost of the call on me ) to resolve the issue
