The staff are friendly and the facilities are complete, the rooms are neat, clean and very beautiful.

The room is very clean and Nice cosy. Receptionist is very kind, Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile.

The lift at hotel closed on me suddenly twice. The room smelt bad, there was dust and mould on wall near bed. Avoid at all cost.

The accommodation is right in front of the station, very near. There are cheap restaurants in that area. Convenient, clean and highly recommended.

Great location and comfortable

The hotel location is very strategic which is right opposite Nagasaki station. Just cross it. If the Japanese standard room is, double bed, minimalist bathroom, narrow room, there is a refrigerator, a little TV broadcast (which is paid for adult content) 😬 staff is nimble and friendly, can also pack luggage if needed. Complete bathroom, clean.
