Very convenient location, easy access to the highway.

It’s in a good location for traveling! Near Rt.422 and Rt. 202

Clean and served the purpose for a one night stay

This hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and everything worked well. My only two complaints would be that the room temp was set at 67 when we arrived (on a bitterly cold weekend); the room was freezing and took about 2 hours to warm up because everything was so cold. The second was the EVS staff only left about a half roll of toilet paper with no back-up roll. We managed with what was there...lol

Clean, efficient and perfect for what we needed in a short trip with 3 children! The room offered plenty of space and was clean and the breakfast in the morning was a huge bonus!

Wonderful hotel to lay our heads after a long day of volleyball. Staff was quite nice.

Patty at the front desk was great, very friendly and answered all our questions. Room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and Nice beds. Breakfast good. But a major problem was there was only luke warm water for showering.

Stay was great. But first floor hallway was freezing.

No hot water in the building they had us switch rooms and the hot water still didn’t work and the heat wasn’t working

Cleanliness and great location.

Absolute nightmare!! The bathroom ceiling was unfinished. Someone slapped on some dry wall mud to cover what appeared to be a water leak, ceiling fan rattling so much as to come down on my head & fire sprinklers were bent. Nightstand was broken, one of the legs collapsing under it. Did not spend much time in the room because this place caters to school sports teams and lets them take over the hotel. A hockey team of about seventy kids & adults. 1st night sounded like there was a party for the kids in the rm next door. Could not hear any parents in the rm, assume there were none! Throughout the evening screaming, slamming doors, trying to open the adjoining door between our rooms, pounding on the walls. The next evening they spent running up and down the hallway playing some game. Where were the parents? I’d say about over half of them congregated at the bar downstairs. The selfserve Breakfast? another horror story. The parents Trying to “Save” all the tables for their group, throwing food on the floor and at each other, playing with the soda fountain, chasing each other around the dinning room, screaming across the table I was sitting at. No one in the hotel did anything. When I complained to the women at the desk, she told me she only works there she doesn’t have to do anything & what would I like her to do? How about asking the person in charge of the group to take control of their children, if they don’t listen and you’ve lost total control of your hotel,call the police!

I like the hotel is secluded and not on the main road so it was very quiet. It’s also a quick drive to the King of Prussia mall and other shopping/dining. I didn’t like I found bugs in my room on my bed and maids never came during a weeks stay to remove trash, supply towels or toilet paper. They did say you had to request a maid if you wanted service BUT trash and restocking necessities should be a given. I hope I can attach a photo of the bug I found. Thought the couch was also pretty dirty looking from stains etc.

Excellent staff and wonderful rooms.The single king-bed rooms have a full living area with a couch and a good 4K TV with cable and streaming capabilities. I also want to specifically mention how wonderful Iisha is. She works at the front desk and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you Iisha and staff!

It was okay, the room was clean. my only thing was they were lots of kids playing and running in the hallway during sleeping hours.

Great hotel, we asked for a double bed and the room we were assigned came with a sofa bed.
