We loved the view it was magnificent- however the noise outside carried inside and not sure the last time that the floors had been mopped and all kitchen utensils and cooking pots not checked as not clean from last use - great spot for a family friendly holiday as you cannot control people having no respect for others with their behaviour

The room was not similar to what is advertised on your booking site , no ocean view. Every pic on description showed a full ocean view. Management said they can't change- take it up with hotel.com but they could not be contacted past the 'bot' chat. Very unhappy with both

Great location and great pool area. We have stayed here many times and it has always been good. Unfortunately this time our room was very average. Not all that clean. Caddy’s falling off the wall in the showers. Curtains dirty. Chipped glassware. Revamp needed!

Love the location, nice clean homely feel to accommodation thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location. Check in staff. The only downside was that you needed a key to access your luggage ramp which is a bit difficult before you check in.

central convenient location, near convention centre and great restaurants bathroom needs update not all tv channels accessible

Firstly we were a late arrival due to delayed flight, there were no instructions how to get in the building to get our keys. Secondly we picked the accomodation with pool to do our exercises… pool was empty… in summer! Thirdly no internet connection so unable to confirm our flights back home, and lastly potato chips on the floor on arrival.

We were booked for 2 nights for nearby medical appointments but so disappointed we couldn't have stayed on longer for a holiday. Thrilled with the unexpected ocean views and although our unit was quite dated and a little worn, we lacked for nothing and the unit itself was thankfully quiet. Handy to have cafes just a short walk away. Staff on reception were great.

We had 2 nights in one apartment, but it didn't have Foxtel (as indicated on booking). The apartment was a little tired with very old furniture. But relatively clean. Then we were upgraded (staff were fantastic, very attentive and communicative. Hats off to the reception staff). This was a much cleaner and newer apartment. Very difficult to sleep though, without air con in the bedrooms. Had to move kids' mattresses to living area, because the bedroom was unbearably hot.Great location though and would like to stay again, but would need to know which unit and if it has air con in the rooms.

Not 5 star luxury but we loved it, clean tidy with an amazing ocean view as requested. Close to everything and we arrived almost an hour early wet from the rain to be kindly allowed to check in early .. We will be back .. thanks

Good Pool, Sauna and Tennis Court. No working TV only display purpose one. Internet limited. For 7 days stay you get 3 packs of tea bags and 3 packs of coffee.

Great location, right on the beach & next to the supermarket.

Location and beach access excellent We were in 501 and the aircon did not reach down to the bedrooms. Fans in bedrooms just circulated humid hot air. We would stay again but request an appt with better aircon
