Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro!

Amazing resort, staff were excellent, food and drink was amazing.

Nothing was likable . Worse checking the gentleman gave our key and went on the phone without even explaining anything about where our room is or any information about the property . I was supposed to be in a superior room he gave us the worse room possibly My room was smaller than deluxe We have pictures and videos of fire ant in the room.

The villa is awesome away from the city. You must have a car to get to town which is not that far. But not walkable at all. Breakfast wasn’t all that and they charged us for two eggs 12e!!

Can’t say enough about the kindness and helpfulness from the staff there. The property is on top of a large hill and isolated from the downtown area. It’s not walking distance to the main attractions and plan on a taking a taxi if you do not have a rental car. But it’s not an expensive ride, and worth it for the great customer service and relaxing atmosphere at this beautiful hotel. The free breakfast is terrific, they have a fitness center with weights and cardio machines, and the restaurant’s dinner is definitely fine dining. The view from the pool is absolutely beautiful too.

Lovely hotel - quiet and peaceful, with a great pool. We walked to and From Florence city center each day - 30-35 minutes each way. Some of the staff were quite surly/ aggressive/ rude, but most we just lovely and really helpful.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Beautiful and luxury in every way. The surroundings are unreal in their beauty. Furnishing is superb, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property is a must to try.

I’m comparing this stay with other stays I had in the beautiful country Italy. The property is ok, it’s clean and well maintained. However it’s way too overpriced. Examples: Room service fee: 35€ per order At dinner they charge you a head cover of 5€ per person Glass of wine (in Italy!!):15€ Very average pasta with veal: 30€ The dinner menu is very very limited and the food not great for Italian standards. The waiter we had didn’t speak a word English which made it very difficult to communicate with. Also if you have a small child which needs to go to bed before 8pm you’re at the wrong place as the restaurant opens at 7:30pm and they have no flexibility to find a solution for you unless you want to pay 35€ room service fee for a 15€ food order. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and will not return.

Such a lovely view. Great staff who are there to please. A true luxury experience.
