Outside lights even with curtains shown in the room making it hard to sleep.

The general manager at this property is a psycho he has anger issues and he’s abusing his power as a weapon for revenge at this property I made a mistake and gave the wrong room number opon checking out and instead of him checking he checked out the wrong room he got mad and put me on the do not rent list I’m traveling for work so it caused a inconvenience due to this room is the cheapest

Overall for the price it was good. The mattresses were horrible. They definitely need an upgrade. We felt the springs all night. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Bars of soap were provided. Shampoo was not. Luckily we had are own.
