The room size wasn't the same with one appeared on ad. No makeup done by HK. We've had water issues on second night of our stay but the staff was quick to respond and fixed the issue.

Harga 1 bilik I ambil RM45, so I dapat servis lebih dari harga itu. Ada banyak parking, ade lift, bilik pun besar juga. Untuk yang nak budget, boleh pilih hotel ini.

Penginapan bersih, petugas resepsionis sangat ramah dan welcome, hanya saja kurang nyaman karena melihat ada benda yang tidak umum (keranjang berisi arang dan daun pandan dilipat rapih) diletakkan dalam kamar. Lokasi sangat strategis dengan tempat makan, mini market, pelabuhan ferry tapi masih banyak opsi penginapan lain yang lebih ok di sekitar area yang sama. Jika kondisi darurat, bisa dijadikan opsi terakhir untuk menginap di sini 🙏.

Check out 12:30 am early in the morning blind, the toilet is clogged for a bucket to flush the dirt🤮 the aircon is not cold. You can't change rooms, very bad😒

It 's a bit difficult to get a parking space. Place just close by restaurant. 👍.

I ordered 2 of the same gallery rooms, but the 1st room was in the picture and there was a hair dryer, but the room in the room was rather narrow and there was no hair dryer. Only the toilet soap is available, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo and the towel is rather dull and rough (but it doesn't happen because I always bring my own toiletries). Please bring 3 plugs or can be bought at a shop around the hotel. For the internet it's pretty good but needs to be improved. Room 312 always has problems with keys that don't work. In choosing hotels, I pay close attention to reviews about cleanliness, especially beds, bathrooms, and staff friendliness, for the facilities as a plus for me. For that, I like this hotel because it's quite pleasant and close to eating places and a 24-hour minimarket under the hotel.
