The location is very good because it is in the city center, but the hotel atmosphere is a bit scary, room service is not open 24 hours, but the rooms are quite spacious but some of them need to be checked again for cleanliness.

When I arrived, the staff was very kind to me and my family. The room was actually very comfortable, but the floor was very dirty, to the point where the soles of our feet were black. The sheets were not very clean, there were still stains. There were no slippers in the room. And what was even more disappointing was that there was trash that had not been thrown away in the trash can in the bathroom, even though we had just arrived. When we checked out, we had also told the receptionist to be more thorough in cleaning the room.

It is indeed a heritage hotel but please update the towels, the plugs are no longer suitable for charging, the walls are not painted so the atmosphere is scary and not fresh enough, the reception staff at check out took a long time not being there and had to wait a long time. Hopefully the future will be better and more enjoyable.
