Great value option, bit of mold on the ceiling in bathroom and the bedroom window from condensation. Nice game area in the restaurant. They do have two water fountains! Pool needed to be skimmed. Staff were friendly. Linen was clean but stained towels. Room was quiet.

Lots of dining nearby. Within walking distance. Also a few shops that address to the convenience

Rooms were a decent size and clean; however noisy. Doors constantly slamming. Breakfast was included but terrible. Dirty tables, no staff to assist. Food was terrible. Empty coffee urns. The breakfast buffet needs attention.

Went to the Pool to use the amenities and was not able to enjoy the whirlpool was not able as the kids were using it as a baby pool. Staff may want to perform walk through to ensure the adults can use the amenities.

This hotel was off route 89 which was convenient. I liked the larger parking spaces. There was free breakfast which is great when traveling with kids. It was a hot breakfast with 2 waffle makers. The staff worked hard to maintain service. Check in was a breeze if you do the pre-check in. Room was clean. No smell. Bathroom was a little small but not terrible. There was a safe, fridge, and microwave. All working. There was also a bar and pool onsite. Pool was clean, for a hotel pool. It was supposed to be heated. It was heated for 1 night and not another night. It’s ok as long as you’re moving. I would definitely come back when visiting the area!!!

Breakfast was cold

Breakfast was great! The room was ok, but the shower head was broken and the pocket door was all scratched and dented up. The room did have a lot of accessibility for handicapped guests. If you have a disability it has. A lot of accommodations.

It's an old hotel but really clean and they are super nice. The heat in the room was tricky and the pillows are a little thin but overall id recommend it to anyone. The Lounge was great and breakfast was awesome

The rooms and pool need a renovation. The AC in th room was cooling enough. We were sweating at night time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, the lounge had good food with reasonable price. The free continental breakfast was sooo tasty with variety and a self serve waffle maker. The chef needs a raise lol. We spent 2 nights to go to a water park, great choice instead of paying a thousand dollars to stay at kalahari. I would stay there again and highly recommend it

Reasonable rate. The hotel is very noisy at 9 pm. Doors slamming loud talking etc.

We booked this hotel because we wanted something with a lounge and close to where we wanted to go, Hotel was super clean and the staff was excellent, we enjoyed the Hot Tub and Heated Pool, and the Lounge was GREAT! Food was good, and the Bartender was a really great guy who was so friendly. The Hotel is a little older, but they keep it in Great shape! I would absolutely stay again.

Was good resting place.

The curved shower rod was loose; it was pulled down by the weight of the curtain which in turn kept sliding towards the middle because of it. The shower head itself wasn't attached properly so the water kept spraying from the attachment area. Other than that no complaints about the room, everything else was quite clean and tidy.

Good for a 2 star property. Room was very clean, just everything was old.

The reason I gave one star for overall rating is because I only ordered one room on Expedia, but the front desk insisted that I ordered two on Expedia. I don’t know if it is the mistake of Expedia or them. But this is the first day of new year, this experience made the first day terrible. I was told I will be possibly charged of two rooms and I need to call Expedia to solve this problem. I tried to contact by online chatting but didn’t get any answer. Overall, this is a terrible experience.

THe hotel is clean , the room is good size , my kids enjoyed the bunk bed with the lake view , we had s’more at night was very nice experience around the fire . The pool is nice and hot for winter time . The breakfast was very convenient- with god variety including fresh made big size waffles ( plain and chocolate) . We had good breakfast. We were thinking to extend the stay . The staff is very nice and helpful- my son had scratched they offered alcohol and bandaid . Defence coming back and highly recommended
