Excellent place, very gentle and communicative reception desk

When checking in, there were only one set of towels in the bathroom. Normally when coming to this hotel, there are two sets along with bathrobes in the room. This time there were no bathrobes. The phone in the room wouldn't work to call the front desk so I went downstairs to ask for more. Then when going to use the jetted tub in the room, it did not work and the front desk sent someone to check but they pressed buttons by the tub and never returned to the room. I had to go downstairs to complain about this issue and all was offered was one free breakfast for 1 person. I had my partner with me so that was unacceptable. I requested a partial refund because I rent these rooms specifically for the jetted tubs and it wasn't working at all. Awful service this time around, will not be returning again because the front desk concierge had a bad attitude when asking for a partial refund. Never heard back from Director of customer service like the front desk said she would pass my information to him for a call.

Nice place

Very nice hotel with gas station right by the property and EV charger. Great restaurant in the lobby, great staff. The hotel is about 20-25 min away from Montreal which is the only downside, but if you have a car, it’s not a big deal. Overall, great hotel with affordable rates.

The shower’s temperature was very confusing and kept over heating. No drinking water provided in the room. Foe such price I expected welcome water bottle. Pillows were cheep quality. Solid location and staff.

My room was in renovated section, very nice and modern. Not much around at walking distance, pool is old and could use renovation.
