When checking in, even though I asked for help, they ignored me and didn't bother to give me advice or watch me. They just stayed at the counter.

The staff are not very polite and do not pay much attention to service.

Fat young male and thin female staff Improper manners, when having problems and asking for help, not very gentle, seem tough, not suitable for service

Because it is located next to the main train station, that makes our stay is even better esoecially with all the luggages.

The staff is very helpful and nice. We can drop our baggage early and also we can left our baggage before waiting for our late evening flight. Location is really near to Sapporo Station

This hotel is good because it is close to the Sapero station. Access to around Sapporo and its surroundings. Unfortunately, the room is rather narrow. Breakfast is not good.

Not far from Sapporo Station Delicious breakfast Have pajamas, but have to pick yourself from the lobby

The location of this hotel is absolutely great. 3 minutes walk from sapporo station. Its breakfast provides complete and delicious menu, from meat to salad. FYI, They charges you 500 yen more for Hollywood movies, otherwise you can only watch Japanese channel. There are 200 tittles of movies. Booked this hotel for only around Rp500k due to citibank promo. Normal price around Rp1000k
