Friendly staff and comfortable room.

I had an enjoyable time at citizenm hotel and I have to admit that this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! All the staffs are super friendly and a special mention to the lady at the front desk, Blessing, who has been really helpful during my trip! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and I wish I could have stayed longer. The room is absolutely gorgeous and magical due to the fact you can set different moods and ambiance through the iPad! I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to all!

The location is close to the train station, just walking distance. The room was comfortable, spacious for the two of us, and I enjoyed the facilities in the room. The check-in and check-out process is fast. The hotel clerk was friendly and very helpful to us.

The hotel location close to the paris gare de lyon station, its about 5 minute walk. The lobby and the restaurant interior were looking good, making us very comfortable. For the room is enough for 2 peoples. All electronic devices (TV, light, window shade) operate by ipad mini (smart room concept)
