This is a great little hotel practically on the beach; I had a 2nd floor end room (the hotel only has 3 floors) and I had a great view. It's next to American Village with it's unique style of tourist draws, with lots of restaurant, cafe, and bar options. Parking is free and available which I find difficult in Okinawa, so that was a major plus. There's also a laundry machine/dryer on each floor and it cost only 300 yen a load. The bathroom is a dream, amazing shower and super deep bath wet room, and very modern Japanese toilet The breakfast option is outstanding, it's a traditional Okinawan restaurant and the quality was top notch and very tasty. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in Chatan.

Simple hotel that is steps away from the beach.

This was my second stay and it was amazing!

Cozy beach hotel. Large room for Japan. Phenomenal location.

The property is lovely for a modest stay on the beach. The room was clean with obvious updates. However, there was some mold on the walls that should be addressed. I can imagine with the humidity it is a constant battle. The hotel is right on the beach with most rooms (if not all) facing the ocean. It is a 5 minute walk to American Village where you have many, many shopping and dining options. Additionally, the staff was courteous and very accommodating when we arrived extremely late due to a delayed flight. Overall I'd recommend the hotel.

You can’t beat this property for the price. It’s not a five star hotel resort and it’s a step up from a motel, but the rooms are perfect and just steps away from Sunset Beach and a five minute walk to many shopping and dining options.

The property and the staff were as advertised and tried to make you stay the best they could. The parking was limited, but there was a huge free parking lot within two blocks. I would definitely stay here again.

a family of three adults, location perfect to travel around middle & north areas, american village, snorkeling to blue cave, churaumi aquarium, heart rocks at kouri island… kindly upgraded to 3 beds room, local style breakfast amazing!!! next to sunset beach that good to swim every early morning! we’ll stay with sunset hotel for our next trip to Okinawa!!! Strongly recommended!!!

Room is clean, location is good, staffs are friendly and nice 👍 It's very near American Village and hence there are a lot of things to shop around and a lot of food to eat 😁

The property was in a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right outside my door. The room was very clean as was the entire property.

Great location in the middle of American village and on the beach. Loved sitting at the balcony. Would be good if chairs were provided there. Spacious room. Loved the breakfast and the aunties serving there we super nice and helpful.

Really great place on the beach! Fantastic sunsets! Tons of shopping and restaurants very close!

Everything was as shown in the photos. The staff was super friendly and respectful. Accommodated what ever we needed with no hesitation.

Excellent location right on the beach with a patio providing easy and quick access. Patio even had a hose to rinse your feet before entering the room. Shower and tub room were huge and the room was very spacious. The nearby restaurant called Beach Kitchen offered a happy hour for hotel guests which was nice. You can walk to anywhere along the waterfront and American Village from here. Uber was quick and plentiful too. Staff spoke English and late check out was available for about 1500 Y per hour.

Just opening the back door to the beach, was amazing. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. I will stay once again when i return to Okinawa
