Details on Expedia state there is onsite parking for $2 however when we arrived we were told there is no parking. When asked the staff about this and showed them the information they had no idea about it and just advised on where to park nearby. We were pretty annoyed and ontop of that received awful customer service. It was 2pm and we would’ve had to wait until 530pm for free parking and leave our car somewhere on the street or car park nearby. We have our luggage in the car and the storage for pods would’ve been to small and didn’t feel comfortable just leaving our car somewhere on the streets so we checked in to see what the pods were all about and they smelled pretty bad! The amenities were dirty and the whole place was just not worth the price. We decided we’d rather loose our money on the booking as it was non refundable and ended up booking somewhere else and just walked out. Expedia needs to update their details about parking as we just wasted our money. However after seeing what was offered, the poor customer service and the conditions of the place, for the price they charge it wouldn’t have been worth staying anyway. Would not recommend.
