Cool and great hotel for families. Staff service is okay. Only thing is the swimming pool doesn't have warm water, so if you want to take a shower it's cold.

The room smells musty, has not been used for a long time, there is no AC, dirty towels, the bathroom is slippery and dirty, the access road to the swimming pool is terrible

Access to Berastagi city is very close Even if we are hungry, there is KFC and Indomaret very close.

Ordered a deluxe chalet with a full room but was replaced with a deluxe 2nd floor, soft mattress, dirty blanket, no hot water, no TV broadcast.

The hotel is very strategic right in front of Kubu Hill. The hotel area has a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable because there are lots of trees and the yard is spacious. You can park in front of the room because the room is shaped like a cottage. There is a cakrok/gazzebo available outside the room so it's really nice to bring a large family and have a barbeque there. It's just that the breakfast menu is less varied but the taste is quite good.
