Nice view, indoor swimming pool and warm water available, kids are very happy. Food price in restaurant is very affordable. everything was good and pleasant, it's just that we requested a room on the top floor but got one in the basement, and when we wanted to check in we had to wait about 1 hour.

The hotel should be firm because many people do not want to pay for breakfast for children over 5 years old for 40 thousand. The debate is that they can stay but cannot pay for breakfast. As the one who paid, I feel disappointed.

Second time staying here, breakfast is standard as usual, price for kids is not too expensive, the swimming pool is really my favorite because the water is warm and yesterday there was snow foam so the kids were really happy.

The swimming pool facilities were under maintenance on Wednesday so it was a bit disappointing not being able to use it, and for breakfast it was simple because it was a weekday with a few food choices without a buffet, thanks.

The hotel staff is very friendly 😍 my child likes the kids friendly hotel, they also get free gym facilities. Breakfast is delicious, but it's not very varied because we came on a weekday. The room is clean, hopefully when I stay in the standard type, they can provide an electric kettle and tea 😊 The hotel access is strategic, close to everywhere and there are many places to eat around the hotel. It will be a favorite hotel if I staycation to the Puncak Bogor area again 🫰

The mattress is not soft, rather hard and looks like it has not been changed for a long time. Only 1 pillow is given per bed. Then the free breakfast can only choose 1 menu. It's not a buffet, so it's not worth it to pay a lot for just 1 toast menu. A bit disappointed to stay here. 1 night is enough, the next day we move. Oh, I forgot, there is no free wifi & no AC here.

The place is comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also spacious with a bathtub and dipper. Very suitable for a staycation with family
