Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, suitable for family vacations.

Check in is very easy. The staff also immediately helped carry the luggage. We ordered 2 rooms and had been prepared connecting rooms with connecting doors. Each room has a bath up. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good and friendly service. Wifi is easy to connect and smooth. Spacious parking. The surrounding location is not congested. Close to Samasta Jimbaran for food and shopping.

The place and atmosphere are very comfortable, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, basically every time I go to Jimbaran I have to come here again. Makes me miss the atmosphere

It's actually big but it looks like it's not well maintained, there's a lot of dust around, and almost in every corner. It's very quiet so it's a bit uncomfortable there. It seems like the impact of the pandemic. Hopefully it can return to its glory.

The hotel feels deserted, as if it is not well maintained. The rooms are quite nice and big, but the breakfast is really lacking, like in a guesthouse or inn, and the restaurant is very lacking in cleanliness.

The check in and check out process was fast, the room was very nice and comfortable. It's just that some of the corridors are a bit dark. Overall the hotel is very good.

The staff is super friendly, very helpful, the room is super big. But this is like a new hotel that just opened after the pandemic vacuum. Dusty, almost all the rooms smell musty, all the sofas are dirty and not washed. Even the elevator from the basement car park to the lobby is super dirty, lots of bird droppings. Finally my car moved to the front of the lobby. The next day I didn't have breakfast because there were lots of flies, luckily I just tried it last night, the next day I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel, access is dark at night, if it rains there are floods, it's difficult, the driver keeps canceling my Gomart order. But thank you to the friendly and very helpful staff. ❤️

I am very happy to stay here because everything is very good according to my expectations. The price I got is also quite cheap. It's just that the distance from the city center is quite far and access to the hotel is a bit quiet. However, if there is a chance, I want to come back to stay again and add more time to stay.

The hotel is comfortable, nice, there is a swimming pool suitable for children, the breakfast is quite good. The only drawback is that access to the road is quite far. My suggestion is to rent a motorbike, 85 thousand per day.
