Arriving at this hotel at night, the hotel is bright. Easy access because it is on the side of the road. The hotel is clean, there are swimming pools for toddlers and adults.

Good quiet hotel. But I think better to go for group or family.

At first I was hesitant because I saw reviews from people who had stayed there, but after arriving at the hotel, all the reviews were refuted... basically, it's great and I highly recommend bringing your family to stay here.

We were exhausted and decided to sleep here. It turned out to be fine. Puncak is cold, with the wind biting—brr. The water heater worked well, and the room we rented was spacious with plenty of beds, which was nice. The Wi-Fi was terrible, but overall, it was alright.

Suitable for those with families, there is also a children's swimming pool.

1. The chair wheels came off 1.2. The bathroom faucet sounded like a train when the water was turned on. 3. The room was not bright enough. Some of the lights could not be turned on. 4. Only 1.5 power outlets. There was a kettle and water but no tea or coffee bags. 6. There were no slippers even though the tiles were cold. 7. There were no towels for the bathroom floor. Not recommended because the price is also expensive compared to the same price in other hotels.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The kids can swim as much as they want. There is a badminton court which happens to be my hobby. Close to the souvenirs okay. It turns out there is no air conditioning. But the air is already really cold. So far so good. Next time will come here again yes.

The room was dirty under the benches and corners, lots of dust and hair, there was no bath soap, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been changed, there was no drinking water.

The mattress and pillows are very hard. Bathroom water drainage is not smooth. Tissue not available.

Saya gak nginep saya pesen ditraveloka jam 21:42 seharus nya besok nya dong saya cek in nya malah ditanggal yang sama masuk nya kecewa si hotel sama app kita jadi batal nginap.

Sangat nyaman dari tempat dan pelayanannya, sangat direkomendasikan untuk keperluan keluarga atau bersama dengan pasangan 😎👍.

Kamar lumayan luas, karena ambil yg tipe tripel, pelayanan ramah, cuman di sini kalau mau nginap harus pakai deposit 200 RB. Tidak dapat makan pagi, saya libur sama anak anak tgl, 11/04/24, hanya satu malam, hotel sepi luas,

Kamar cukup bersih & pelayanannya ramah. Tapi banyak yang harus diperbaiki: 1. Kasurnya sangat tipis & tidak nyaman tidak sesuai foto. 2. Air yang keluar dari shower kurang bagus. 3. Ada nyamuk & kecoa.

For families, this is a must try. Those who bring children don't worry, there are toys in the swimming pool + there is also a playground. The water heater is smooth, but the TV channels are really lacking. The rest is okay. Although there is no AC, it is quite cool + comfortable. The service is very friendly, good job!

Nice big clean hotel but unfortunately it's really quiet.

Tempatnya bersih, pelayanannya bagus, tempatnya luas nmrnya juga banyak tp sayang pas saya menginap di sana sepi pengunjung jadi agak-agak iseng.

Tempatnya bagus dan bersih, tp sayangnya tidak menyiapkan sarapan, karena restaurant nya tutup. Bukanya kalo ada rombongan kayak gathering kantor aja. Untuk fasilitas kamar kayak kurang persiapan, welcome drink dan teko listrik nya ga ready di kamar, harus infoin ke pihak hotel. Water heater berfungsi dengan baik dan airnya cukup deras.

Hotelnya lumayan bagus cuma ada beberapa yang kurang baik. Hotel belum siap banget ketika kita check in. Kolam renangnya kotor banget. Tidak dapet sandal hotel. Overall segitu aja kekurangannya, selainnya good lah.
