Very bad, the room smells like shit. Lots of cockroaches. I booked 8 rooms, all of them were like that. The bathroom was crusty, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been changed. The food was not decent. Just once, and I'M SAD

The room is quite clean, the breakfast is quite good, the only thing lacking is that there is no foot mat in the bathroom, when asking for it from the room service, they gave me a torn mat. For water in the room, they use a pitcher, there is no gallon or refillable dispenser. If you want to refill, you have to call the room service. I booked 3 rooms, but none of them were provided, so when I asked for it, I was given a half-cut one and it was also torn. And there was 1 room when I entered there was no TV remote, I had to ask for it from the room service first.

The room is spacious but the mattress in the room we stayed in was a bit damaged so it was a bit wobbly, the food had little variety.

A 3-star hotel feels like a 1-star hotel (the swimming pool couldn't be used even though I stayed for 4 days). There was no good breakfast, especially for a 3-star hotel. There was no omelet for breakfast, only available on weekends (I don't want to lose out on this hotel). There were lots of cockroaches in the room.

The hotel staff is super friendly and fast. Even though there were a lot of guests yesterday, the service was not disappointing.

But unfortunately the quality of the hotel has decreased from year to year, the room facilities have decreased (eg: the sink faucet is not straight, water spills everywhere, no longer provides a toothbrush cup, the safe is broken, not all lights work, only one pair of slippers), the breakfast menu has decreased (the menu is less attractive, the taste is also mediocre, the choices are limited, a few years ago the breakfast menu was better), the quality of the swimming pool has decreased. Hopefully, you will conduct routine evaluations to improve the quality and service of the hotel, don't let the quality decrease further so that customers don't leave.

I stayed in room 319, there is enough parking, the room is quite spacious, the spring bed is broken in the middle and slightly sagging, the AC is not cold and dripping, maybe condensation, the kettle is broken, I asked for a replacement, I had to wait 1 hour and had to call downstairs 4 times, there were no facial tissues, some of the room lights were off, please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, the walls are yellow and the floor is crusty with soap marks, and mintol for the security guard, don't discriminate between guests, how come you helped the car in front of me to cross it, it's okay because my car is ugly, but the security guard is at the post playing with his cellphone 😩😡
