Very sadness for hotel in Bali. Very dirty and then the water supply for the toliet is empty.

Upon arrival, we were told our private pool was closed and inaccessible. One of the taps in the room was broken. The air-conditioning in the other room was not functional. There was no amenities like a kettle or sufficient towels. I can see potential in the place for it to be great but unfortunately it fell short for my stay.

The place is quiet and calm, not many stay here, see the reviews too, at first I was hesitant to stay here, but thank God, when I saw the room, I was just a little disappointed because the pool was dirty, poorly maintained, but the others were cool, the rooms are clean, the toilets are also clean, just a little smelly it just doesn't have enough fragrance, the air conditioner is cold, the bathtub is my children's favorite, basically, the cheap price can get a room with a top markotop, you get a kitchen and there's a big fridge too, it's really cool if I say, and it's really close to Beach Love, where the sunset is amazing .😍

It's really okay to staycation in this villa, even though it's a bit access to the villa, but it's cool, the atmosphere of the villa is quiet and quiet, just right for 2 days of healing. Not far from the viral Kedungu beach.

I checked out early because I and my partner can't stand the sewage smell, really stinks, and the room was damp. The staff was great, the service was so-so. When I checked in, they didn't even ask for my ID, but they asked about my partner's (who happened a foreigner) passport, and when I asked for what, they can't explain it clearly. So I really don't understand what was all that about. I am so disappointed.

Villa was not clean, spider web everywhere, bathtub is dirty, staff was not ready when we came and we had to wait for 30 min for them to prepare the room. First came to the room there was a cockroach on the wall, I have to asked for the water and then they gave me. Seems like no maintenance due to Covid situation for last 2 years.

We stayed in Soka to celebrate a birthday and booked because of the facilities they offered but it turned to our most terrible experience. 1. Kitchen, the stove was broken and rusty but the staff managed to replace it by gas stove. 2. Bedroom, wall and interior were moldy. 3. TV, no signal even not for local channels. Staff said they no longer subscribe TV cable (not sure what happened with the local channel. 4. Bathroom, extremely moldy on the ceiling, head shower was broken, bath tube was dusty and broken, they provide us torn towel, hot water available after 6pm said the staff. 5. Pool, the filter was off in the morning so the water was little bit muddy. No space for Pandemic reason if you provide those kinds of facilities. With IDR 500K you could find a better place to stay in 3-4 star hotel. We wanted to leave but I thought it would hard to get refund from the online travel agent so we tried to enjoy it by our own way Sorry to write this but I hope the owner read this and make some improvements. Staff friendly at check-in. but the pool is dirty. At the bottom of the pool there is a bottle of aq. There are no cooking utensils, there are only plates, cups, and dish soap. The lights in the room are off, only the sleep lights are on, the lights in the toilet are also off, the taste of breakfast is just ordinary. Even though I drank 2 tea, I even lost my way to coffee. Left the tea water taste strange. looking for use. The map of the location said it was on the right of the road, it turned out that on the left, it ended up being overlooked.

The villa is very far away, deserted and many stray dogs roam the villa.

The facilities are not too good, the toilet channel smells a bit, the bed lights don't work, but the staff are very friendly and the kitchen facilities responsive can all be used.

Less satisfactory. First booking for 11-14 but there was a system error from the villa he said. So it was dicancel 1 night by the villa, then the pool was not clean. And our service was requested to rush out. The location is also very far away.

The villas are nice, the atmosphere is very beautiful, far from the hustle of the city, the staff is also friendly, only I have to wait a few hours until the swimming pool can be used, because it's only given chlorine when I arrive, but it's okay. Btw, the breakfast is good!

The bathroom smells a bit, the exhaust must be replaced, the manual check-in process with paper, the breakfast ordered does not match the given, the service must be improved (more professional).

The villa was good, only yesterday because the check-in was too late so there was a miscommunication between us and the villa because the villa was directly renovated. Luckily the night can still be placed despite the smell of gasoline, the sheets are a bit sticky. Villa Puspa Kedungu is very comfortable and private, our family is very happy because the villa is very clean and the facilities in the villa are also complete. They provide gas stoves and cooking tools and refrigerators. For travelers who like to surf, can surf at Kedungu beach which is only 10 minutes away from the villa.
