Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Meskipun hotel lama bernuansa vintage tapi sangat cocok untuk yang mencari ketenangan dan pemandangan view pegunungan.

Hotel nyaman dengan view pegunungan yang indah, suasana tradisionalnya juga keren, pelayanan good banget, anak-anak juga suka karena ada kolam renangnya.

Sorry I have to be honest, the place is not maintained and the facilities are not good, the bathtub leaks, the hot water doesn't work normally, the TV is black and white (tube tv) the room is dirty, dust, animal droppings, the floor is old, the altar has a lot of bird droppings cleaned. If you ask for hot water to drink, you have to go up to the top of the lobby, the power plug is only 1 change with a TV, a hard pillow mattress, for that price you can get a much better modern hotel. The swimming pool is not maintained, many small animals. There is no AC even though it says there is AC. It was quiet because no one was staying, so it was a bit scary. The service is friendly & the gentlemen who take care of it are also good, breakfast is quite good. My advice at that price is to look for a modern hotel and more secure cleaning facilities. I'm tired and don't want to go there again.

Old hotel but still beautiful with natural scenery, swimming pool, fish pond and children's play ground. good service, friendly staff, tasty and great breakfast. only in the room there is no water heater only a thermos, if you finish asking to the kitchen. Good service, friendly staff, okay anyway

I got a room that was really tip. The terrace of the room was filled with laron animals which wasn't really ready even though the reservation was from afar. Entering the room a lot of small animals also already like that bathtub is not functioning just use a small tap in the bucket.

The place is poorly maintained. Dirty. Around the room, plants, toys, the environment is not maintained. Clean the room must be requested first, not the initiative or hotel SOP. Old and poorly maintained furniture. The material is rattan which is difficult to clean between them. If you want to crowded like the hotel next door, the manager must want to overhaul.

nice place for family vacation

The outdoor view is very good, direct views of the mountain penanggungan, but, the hotel service is still not much first, breakfast is sent to the room and there is no previous coordination even though I have already stepped into the restaurant to take breakfast before breakfast turns to breakfast. Secondly, the bathroom heater does not work, thirdly, in the room there is a thermos of hot water but there is no contents. And I have to buy for a bottle of mineral water. Because it is not provided in the room. Hopefully there will be service improvements in the future.

A very pleasant experience enjoying the turn of the year at the PCP hotel, the hotel staff was friendly, especially the mothers who lent my wife mukena and delivered directly to my room. the view of the pool is interesting, and the atmosphere is classic but beautiful, right for a family vacation, thanks for a great experience at the PCP hotel.

Room facilities are minimal, hot water is not available. For the price that is expensive it is not in accordance with existing room facilities, the advantages are the swimming pool.
