Overall it's good, only 1 input. Towels must absolutely be present in every room, because that is the hotel room service SOP. Period, because it was said to be a room only, then there weren't any and you had to rent it. Please pay attention to this. There is no wifi or no TV service, it's ok, but don't let towels not be available. Thank You.

Already requested from Apps, for a non-smoking room, but when I arrived the room smelled of cigarettes, a row of rooms had occupants who opened the door to smoke inside and outside the room. I complained to the hotel to find another room even though I paid more but it was not available (there was a room but the AC was problematic). I immediately checked out that night and asked for the second night to be canceled. Got an email from Traveloka which said it was difficult to help because even though it was for the cancellation of the second night. I initially believed the 600 reviews on Traveloka but it turned out I could no longer fully trust what was presented on Traveloka. Very disappointed even though avoiding cigarettes or cigarette odor is important for my health and my family, especially since I brought children under 13 years old. This is a photo of the FO who when I arrived and checked out my identity was not checked, and there were no documents that could help as proof of check in-out or customer complaints.

Petugas hotel kurang sigap bila ada tamu sering kosong tempat resepsionis, room bau bekas rokok, akhirnya dari pesen 2 kamar satu kami tinggal ngumpul jadi satu. Tempatnya sunyi, pelayanan cukup. Toilet masih kurang prepared akibat kran shower masih bocor. Overall cukup bila untuk tidur sementara sih.

Hotelnya enak, dekat kemana-mana, di jalan utama juga.

Ada kendala saat check in. Booking order sempat tidak terdeteksi. Kemudian diganti kamar lain. Namun kamarnya tanpa AC, diberi kipas. Cukup tanggung jawab dengan baik. Sangat disayangkan aliran air kamar mandi sangat kecil.

Hotelnya lumayan, bersih, ada beberapa bagian kamar yang harusnya dibenahi misal pintu kamar mandinya agak keropos dikit, tidak ada peralatan mandi (sikat pasta gigi, sabun) air panasnya berfungsi baik, TV wifi lancar, breakfastnya dianter ke kamar tapi sedikit lama. Overall is good 👍.

Saya dan anak-anak sangat senang walaupun awal check in kecewa karena tidak tercatat, tapi kerjasama antara hotel dan traveloka, saya sebagai konsumen alhmdulillah akhirnya terselesaikan, pihak hotel dengan segera mengambil keputusan kebetulan pada saat itu ada yang check out makasih 🥰.

The owner is cool because he allows employees to work while taking care of their children.
