Poor room quality, floor cracked in many places, room is very small compared to advertisement

The room is poorly soundproofed, super small, super noisy, the area is a bit unstable and there are cockroaches in the room huhuuu

over all it's good only the air conditioning in my room not really cold and little bit leaking

Recommend this place to anyone want to see how Ho Chi Minh night life

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff said the room had broken air conditioning. Offering guests to change to 2 single rooms without prior notice or even an apology. My group of friends still wanted to stay together so the hotel changed to the house opposite. Very bad experience

to the hotel scam. caught enough other hotels. to the other hotel it was so smelly. the room smelled... the toilet smelled so bad I couldn't stay. please give me my money back...

The room was full but the app left a room. The hotel changed to another room in another hotel but there were baby cockroaches. The customer received a refund but still had to pay the service fee to traveloka.

nhìn chung phòng sạch sẽ, đồ dùng đầy đủ . nhưng Phòng sát phố đi bộ Bùi Viện nhưng cách âm không được tốt lắm. 2h sáng trong phòng vẫn nghe nhạc sập sình.

I stay at the deluxe room in room no 804. It's clean and comfort. The amenities are ready, the room clean every two days. These all meet my expectation. Actually my plan is just stay for 1 or 2 days as transit before looking for better hotel. However my plan was changed, because of my comfortability for staying here. The other good reasons are: strategic location, nearly from every tourism destination (just walk using Maps/Google Maps), 24 hours tavern and cafe for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, supper. Will stay here again for my next visit

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, khách sạn ở vị trí trung tâm, đi đâu cũng tiện. Cách âm phòng khá ổn, mình đi gia đình có bé dưới 1 tuổi nhưng không bị làm phiền bởi tiếng ồn, mặc dù xung quanh khá xập xình. Nếu có cơ hội mình sẽ quay lại đây.

Couldn't get a room at C Central but had to transfer to Bliss Hotel. Without prior notice, when I called to ask for check-in information, the hotel reported that the room's air conditioning was broken and suggested moving to Bliss. Because I was so busy, I had to check in at Bliss, so boring!

The room not big but it's okay. I think their service in frontliner need improvement, cause I booked this hotel for 2 night but their staff said I only book 1 night and the ask me to check out. After I giving my argue and all my booking information to their frontliner, they check again and they found wrong information in their management and their staff didn't say sorry about wrong situation. Only 1 staff being rude, but for other their have a good manner

If you book a room, Ma will come and check if the hotel covers all the rooms. Race to another room quickly. Bad room, no water, no landline. Air conditioner not cool. Noisy room.

Security is not good, noisy, rooms are not like the pictures, very bad experience

I was on a tour with my 2 Japanese friends and too busy then forgot my 2 phones without noticed where they were. I came back the hotel for asking and the receptionist said he kept for me. Thanks God, don't know what to do if I lost them. 🙏 thank you so much for your service.

The location is strategic, easy to find food and go everywhere.

The hotel is maintaining air conditioning and changing to another hotel is not worth the price
