The room was poorly maintained, the floor looked dirty from something spilled. The towels are not suitable for a hotel, the wifi is slow, sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. Once connected there is no internet.

It was a pleasure staying at Himana. Near 2 big malls. Near campus. The rooms are clean and smell good. Hopefully it can be busy again so that the mall facilities and swimming pool can be active again.

There was no mat when it came out of the bathroom so everything was wet in the main bedroom area, the lock sensor was broken so you had to do it manually, there were only 2 TV channels, Metro and Kids TV.

A place to stay in Malang is highly recommended! Close to Malang station, 20 minutes. Close to the mall plus there is a supermarket so you don't have to worry about buying necessities. There is free wifi, TV, AC, hot and cold shower. It's really great

The Himana kalo check in harus jam 2 tet atau bakal kena charge, padahal bawa baby dan anaknya sangat rewel soalnya kecapekan perjalanan dari luar kota, sampai akhirnya kami tidur di mobil parkiran sambil nunggu check in. Harusnya The Himana ada lah kebijakan boleh jam 12 atau jam 1 check in-nya, apalagi bawa baby dan pas rewel. The Himana tidak menyediakan shower cap, padahal harga shower cap kan tergolong murah ya? 🥲. Lalu juga tidak menyediakan sandal kamar juga, harus telpon dulu untuk minta. The Himana juga tidak menyediakan hairdryer di kamar, tapi pada saat pinjam saya kaget yang datang segede gaban, karena bentuknya aneh, guede dan seperti vacum cleaner 😱. Seprei ada sobekan dan kotor, handuk juga kotor ada noda, lalu shower airnya kecil banget airnya, kurang deras alirannya. Oh iya, lantai sangat berdebu, tembok di kamar juga kotor bangett, kayak tidak terawat 😭. Housekeeping tidak otomatis membersihkan kamar, karena waktu itu saya pergi dari jam 6 pagi kemudian kembali ke hotel sore hari, akan tetapi kamar saya tetap berantakan, jadi kita harus telpon dulu minta dibersihkan kamarnya. Overall jika saya ditanya apakah akan balik nginep di The Himana lagi atau tidak, sepertinya tidak 🥲 karena berdasarkan pengalaman kemarin saya kurang puas nginep di sana. Sekian review saya, semoga The Himana bisa lebih baik lagi ke depannya, terima kasih.
