hommiii really clean, the best, when I went up the stairs to the room, it was already very fragrant, there were lots of sofas to hang out and relax, the only downside was that the pool was cold water🤭 when the weather was pouring in Garut, the mattress was a bit hard.. what made it addictive was the food, even though it was a small hotel, it was quite varied.. the fruits and vegetables were very fresh, the black sticky rice and green bean porridge was really delicious, I wanted to take it again but I was embarrassed😁😁

We stayed on February 14, 2025, the friendliness of the staff when we checked in, the homey atmosphere of the hotel felt like staying at home. The room was clean and tidy, the food was also delicious.

The place may not look like a typical hotel & very thankfully everything is good there, from the service, the room and the breakfast food. For me this hotel: 9/10

Hopefully the swimming pool can have warm water because everything is okay, just a warm water pool, it will definitely be a dream destination...

Not my first time in Garut, but my first time staying at Aleyra. The service is great, the admin WA always replies, and the hotel staff are also friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is quite good, there are choices even though there are not many, and I like the friendly omelet maker. The hotel is comfortable, it feels like sleeping in your own room.

Kamar penuh nyamuk, peralatan mandi tidak ada, sprei kotor kamar tidak ready padahal check in jam 9mlm.

Kami menginap 4 malam di hotel ini. Mohon maaf sekali kami tidak bahagia, kami stay 4 hari karena semua hotel besar di garut full, kami sudah payment dan booking 3 bln sebelum hari H, di mulai dari hari pertama kamar yang kami pesan di bersihkan setelah kami datang dan kami menunggu, gak maximal mungkin bersihin karena dah lama kosong, who know? Dan omg Ruangan Bau banget, bathroom bau, karpet kotor penuh debu, debu tebal di meja dan bangku, AC kotor dan bau, fan nya berisik, kami 2 hari tidak di beri sarapan dan tidak ada info di hari terakhir kalo makan di area resto, karena hari 1 dan 2 di antar, sesuai info bahwa makan an sellau di antr ke kamar, di hari ke 3&4 kami nungguin tau nya tamu yang lain makan di resto dan gak ada info. Dan 1 lagi kamar mandi kotor hari pertama ada 2 binatang nempel di kamar mandi, dan shower hand nya bocor, jadi kalo mandi air muncrat kemana mn Ok setelah kami complaint kami di kasih free 1 malam extra bed, bukan ini yang kami mau, kami mau nyaman, dan next gak ada tamu yang ngalamin hal sama dengan kami. Semoga diperbaiki untuk ke depan.
