The room was as per pictures. A nice quiet area, away from the busy tourist part of hoi an but close enough to walk or bike into the old town (with free bicycles!). Bathrooms, amenities, room size and balcony were great. The bed was a little hard if you are used to a soft western mattress. There’s a nice little pool outside and breakfast included was great! Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for solos, partners or families/groups!

The room is clean and clear. The service is great. But sometimes the noise from somewhere is so annoying.

I feel satisfied here. staff friendly and cheerful, clean and airy rooms. The breakfast is quite good. especially free use bicycles :)) it seems farther to ride to 5p old town. If I have a chance, I will book this villa again. 9/10 points :))

Friendly staff, not too far from the old town, can borrow bicycles on their own. Breakfast is free and I am very pleased. The villa space is also very beautiful and quiet!

We had lovely vacation here. We enjoyed a lot, take 15 min waking to hoi an market and 2 min more to ancient town, river in front of the hotel, peaceful place, silence and food is ok, room clean, swimming pool clean, staff is fine. Everything is good We will be back.!
