The staff is very enthusiastic, from the security guard to the receptionist, especially the security guard Loi. He is very enthusiastic in supporting us. @ The room is spacious, clean, has a small balcony but because it is hidden behind large buildings, you cannot see the fireworks on New Year's Eve. @ The hotel is located on a one-way street, so it is a bit difficult to move around, and there is no parking lot, so cars are parked on the side of the road. @ The receptionist and security staff are friendly. The room cleaning service is fast and clean. @ The breakfast buffet is quite boring, I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights but there were always the same dishes like fried noodles, fried rice, wet rice cakes, water fern cakes, tet cakes, ... Central region but the cooking is quite bland, not delicious.

Room is ok. Near the agarwood tower. I only stayed here for 1 night but quite liked it.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop has a swimming pool and a small gym. Walking to the beach is very close and convenient. A truly memorable vacation!

The room is much smaller than the picture. Booked a sea view room, but when I asked the staff, they said only part of it saw the sea. Looking for Hoai, I can't see the sea??? One-way roads are difficult to navigate. Morning buffet is so-so

Very bad from staff to office. I rented for 3 nights, the first 2 nights the room was very hot, the air conditioner worked but it was temporary, my family told the receptionist the first time they made me wait 30 minutes, then 30 minutes it didn't get any better, my next response was... The receptionist's attitude was very frustrating, and every time I responded, I received the answer that it was because we chose a room with a sea view that it was so hot? Did I spend more money than regular rooms to get back like that? I rented 2 rooms with a sea view while the other room had nothing to do with it. This room was very hot and yet I responded to the guest like that, without even a single apology in return for an attitude like I was staying there. It's very bad, you should look carefully at the reviews on Google, don't be like me, read some of the words above and spend millions of dollars, it's not worth it.
